Welcome to SpeakMemory (also referred to as "Nearly"). Xi'an Bohuizhike Software Development Department ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we collect it, how we use it, whether we share it with third parties (including third-party AI services), and what choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information only when you provide it through the app or when it is necessary to operate our services.
- Account Information (optional): If you choose to register or sign in, we may collect your phone number, password (stored as a secure hash), display name, email address (if provided), and Apple ID identifier (via Sign In with Apple). Registration is optional for purchasing Credits; see Section 6.
- Profile & Archive Information: Names, relationship labels (e.g., grandfather, father), and optional notes you enter when creating a memorial archive.
- Media & User Content: Photos, audio/voice recordings, and text scripts you voluntarily upload or record in the app to generate memorial videos.
- Purchase Information: When you buy Credits through Apple In-App Purchase, we receive transaction identifiers and product information from Apple to verify your purchase and grant Credits. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
- Device & Usage Data: Device model, operating system version, app version, IP address, and standard usage or crash logs used to maintain security and improve reliability.
2. How We Collect Information
- Directly from you: When you register, sign in, upload photos, record audio, enter text, create archives, or make in-app purchases.
- Automatically: When you use the app, limited technical and diagnostic data may be collected to keep the service secure and functioning.
- From Apple: Sign In with Apple credentials and In-App Purchase transaction data, as permitted by Apple's policies.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve SpeakMemory's core functionality (AI memorial video generation).
- To verify In-App Purchases and manage your Credits balance.
- To authenticate your account and sync your content across devices when you choose to register.
- To respond to support requests and comply with applicable law.
- We do not use your personal photos or voice recordings to train public AI models, and we do not sell your personal data.
4. Third-Party AI Services & Data Sharing
SpeakMemory uses third-party AI and cloud services to generate videos. Before any personal data is sent to a third-party AI service for video generation, the app shows you a consent screen that explains what data will be sent and which services will receive it. You must confirm before processing begins. A separate confirmation is shown before AI script enhancement.
Your data is first transmitted to our servers, then forwarded to the following third parties only as needed to fulfill your request:

These third-party providers process data on our behalf and are contractually required to protect your information and use it only to provide the requested service. They must provide protection equal to or greater than what we describe in this policy.
We do not share your personal data with third parties for their independent advertising or marketing purposes.
5. Your Consent & Choices
- Video generation: Before generating a video, you must confirm that you have the rights to use the uploaded media and that you agree to send the listed data to the third-party AI services above.
- AI script enhancement: Before using the optional AI writing feature, you must confirm that you agree to send text and name-related information to DeepSeek.
- System permissions: Access to your photo library, camera, and microphone is requested through iOS system dialogs. You may deny or revoke these permissions in iOS Settings; related features will not work without them.
- Account optional: You may purchase Credits without creating an account. Credits purchased without an account are stored on your device. If you later register, you may sync eligible purchases to your account for use on other supported devices.
- Access, correction, and deletion: You can view, edit, or delete your archives and generated content in the app. You may delete your account and associated data via Settings → Delete Account.
6. In-App Purchases & Credits
- Credits are consumable In-App Purchases processed by Apple. All payment handling is subject to Apple's terms.
- You are not required to register an account before purchasing Credits.
- If you are not signed in, purchased Credits are stored locally on your device until you choose to register and sync them to your account.
7. Data Storage, Security & Retention
- Your generated videos and associated assets are stored securely on cloud servers located in the People's Republic of China (or the region where our service is hosted).
- We use industry-standard security measures to protect data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
- Uploaded photos, voice samples, and generated videos are retained only as long as needed to provide the service. When you delete content or your account, we delete or anonymize associated data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.
8. Children's Privacy
SpeakMemory is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
9. International Users
If you use SpeakMemory from outside the region where our servers are located, your information may be transferred to and processed in that region. By using the app and consenting to data processing, you acknowledge such transfer for the purpose of providing the service you request.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be reflected in the in-app privacy policy where applicable.

1. 我们收集的信息
我们仅在您通过 App 提供信息，或为运营服务所必需时收集信息。
- 账号信息（可选）： 若您选择注册或登录，我们可能收集手机号码、密码（以安全哈希形式存储）、昵称、电子邮件（如提供）以及 Apple ID 标识（通过“通过 Apple 登录”）。购买 Credits 不强制注册；详见第 6 节。
- 档案信息： 您创建纪念档案时输入的姓名、关系称呼（如爷爷、父亲）及可选备注。
- 媒体与用户内容： 您为生成纪念视频而主动上传或录制的照片、音频/录音及文本寄语。
- 购买信息： 当您通过 Apple App 内购买 Credits 时，我们会从 Apple 接收交易标识符和产品信息，用于验证购买并发放 Credits。我们不会接收或存储您的完整支付卡信息。
- 设备与使用数据： 设备型号、操作系统版本、App 版本、IP 地址及用于保障安全与改进服务的标准使用或崩溃日志。
2. 我们如何收集信息
- 由您直接提供： 注册、登录、上传照片、录制音频、输入文本、创建档案或进行 App 内购买时。
- 自动收集： 使用 App 时，可能收集有限的技术与诊断数据以保障服务安全与稳定。
- 来自 Apple： “通过 Apple 登录”凭证及 App 内购买交易数据（在 Apple 政策允许范围内）。
3. 我们如何使用您的信息
- 提供、维护和改进 SpeakMemory 的核心功能（AI 纪念视频生成）。
- 验证 App 内购买并管理您的 Credits 余额。
- 在您选择注册后，用于账号认证及跨设备同步内容。
- 响应支持请求并遵守适用法律。
- 我们不会使用您的个人照片或录音训练公共 AI 模型，也不会出售您的个人数据。
4. 第三方 AI 服务与数据共享
SpeakMemory 使用第三方 AI 与云服务生成视频。在向第三方 AI 服务发送任何个人数据以生成视频之前，App 会向您展示同意界面，说明将发送哪些数据、由哪些服务接收；您必须确认后才会开始处理。 在使用 AI 文案润色功能前，也会单独向您确认。
您的数据会先传输至我们的服务器，随后在仅为完成您所请求的服务所需范围内，转发至以下第三方：

上述第三方代表我们处理数据，并受合同约束，须保护您的信息且仅将数据用于提供所请求的服务。它们须提供与本政策同等或更高水平的保护。
我们不会为第三方的独立广告或营销目的共享您的个人数据。
5. 您的同意与选择
- 视频生成： 生成视频前，您须确认对上传媒体拥有使用权，并同意将上述所列数据发送至相应第三方 AI 服务。
- AI 文案润色： 使用可选 AI 写作功能前，您须确认同意将文本及姓名相关信息发送至 DeepSeek。
- 系统权限： 访问相册、相机和麦克风通过 iOS 系统对话框请求。您可在 iOS 设置中拒绝或撤销；无相应权限时相关功能不可用。
- 账号可选： 您可在不创建账号的情况下购买 Credits。未登录购买的 Credits 保存在本设备；后续注册可将符合条件的购买同步至账号，以便在其他受支持设备使用。
- 访问、更正与删除： 您可在 App 内查看、编辑或删除档案与生成内容；可通过 设置 → 注销账号 删除账号及关联数据。
6. App 内购买与 Credits
- Credits 为消耗型 App 内购买，由 Apple 处理支付，并受 Apple 条款约束。
- 购买 Credits 不要求先注册账号。
- 未登录状态下购买的 Credits 保存在本设备，直至您选择注册并同步至账号。
7. 数据存储、安全与保留
- 生成的视频及相关素材安全存储于中华人民共和国境内（或我们服务所在地区）的云服务器。
- 我们采用符合业界标准的安全措施，防止未经授权的访问、披露或丢失。
- 上传的照片、声音样本及生成的视频仅在提供服务所需期限内保留。您删除内容或注销账号后，我们将在合理期限内删除或匿名化相关数据，法律另有要求的除外。
8. 未成年人保护
SpeakMemory 主要面向成年人。我们不会故意收集 13 周岁以下（或您所在司法辖区规定的最低年龄）儿童的个人信息。如您认为儿童向我们提供了个人信息，请联系我们，我们将采取措施删除。
9. 境外用户
若您在服务器所在地区之外使用 SpeakMemory，您的信息可能被传输至该地区并在当地处理。使用 App 并同意数据处理，即表示您知悉并同意为提供您所请求的服务而进行上述传输。
10. 政策更新
我们可能不时更新本隐私政策，并会在本页顶部更新“最近更新日期”。重大变更亦会在 App 内隐私政策中同步（如适用）。
