Typically, it takes about 2 to 5 minutes to generate a video. You can leave the generation page and check the result later in the "My Memories" tab.
If the generation fails due to a network error or server timeout, your Credits will not be deducted. You can retry generating the video using the original configuration from the "My Memories" page.
Yes. All uploaded assets are used strictly for generating your memorial video and are encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not use your personal data to train public AI models.
You can completely delete your account, along with all uploaded photos, voice recordings, and generated videos, by navigating to Me > Settings > Delete Account within the app. This action is irreversible.
Sometimes App Store transactions experience a slight delay. Please try completely restarting the app. If the Credits still do not appear, please email our support team with your User ID (found on the 'Me' page) and a screenshot of your Apple receipt.
